Deepesh Wadhwani, a Mechanical Engineer turned Data Scientist has been associated with Data Analysis and Prediction for seven plus years. He is the founder of Sophos Knowledge Services which carves path for organizations with insights of data science and is also  Chief Technical Officer (CTO) at HighNest Sustainable Development Private Limited. Deepesh was awarded the prestigious Indian Achievers Awards 2022 for his work on the Application of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence in the Field of Environmental Preservation.

Before he pivoted his work on academics and started teaching Machine Learning and Data Science, he created Risk Prediction Models for Wells Fargo Bank and Pricing Models for Mitsubishi FUSO (Japan). The cornerstone of his pedagogy is the effective translation of math (the primary language of ML algorithms) to run-of-the-mill arguments, enabling all in the audience to connect with the complex algorithms. He uses a blend of logical conclusions and live demonstrations to reinforce the learning.

In the past, Deepesh has worked on and constructed many data-based solutions for a diverse set of business problems ranging from Manufacturing to Marketing. During his tenure with TATA Motors, his work on Cost-Saving won him the Shooting Star of the Quarter award. Later, his work on Predicting Crack in Continuous Casting (Manufacturing Analytics), which had many socio-economic-environmental benefits, lead his team to win World Rank 3 in the competition organized by SMS Group, Germany.
